On To Guanzhou

Guide Jerry gave us a walking tour around our htel, landing at a popular park that used to be tea houses years ago. Some still are. Jerry is fun and had a lot of questions for us. He asked me about Area 51, and he likes science fiction. I showed him a picture of a redheaded friend of Luke, he had never seen red hair before and did not believe it existed. He has watched all of Breaking Bad and feels strongly that I give it another try, I told him I couldn't get into it because it's so relentlessly dark.

Girls were happy to be out, a good sign because I like to go out. Opal's skin is much improved on her face today but her hands have a ways to go.

Now we are at the airport.

The carts have pictures that say no people can ride in these but as far as I can tell no one really follows rules. Seems like a good time to go native.

We left early to ensure a smooth process and Jerry had another family to meet, so that's the decision we made. This is the girls naptime. We have a two hour wait ahead of us. It's been every bit as fun as you might imagine. Going through security was especially calorie burning. I am typing this with one hand.

O is sleeping on my lap & I don't know where Mark went with Lola, probably to look at airplanes.

Praying to God,  Buddha and the powers that be that our flight is on time. Farewell and we will post from Guanzhou.

Oh here's Lola!
